At WeRateDogs, we want you and your pup to be 14/10 happy with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unwashed, unworn, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, making sure to include the packing slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Relax

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive it, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
